Accepta 6046 is a high performance, highly concentrated solid chemical boiler water oxygen scavenger scientifically formulated for the treatment and protection of boiler systems from oxygen corrosion.
Accepta 6046 has been developed to reduce the potential for oxygen corrosion in boiler water systems; and to protect condensate systems from corrosion.
Accepta 6046 is based on sodium sulphite and morpholine.
Accepta 6046 is available in fully recyclable plastic bottles each containing 5.5kg of concentrated solid chemical.
Accepta 6046 is packaged in cases containing 4 x 5.5kg bottles.
Each case weighs 21.8kg.

Application & Dosage Information
1kg of Accepta 6046, dosed at a rate of 40 ppm will treat approximately 55,000lbs of boiler blowdown. This is dependent on the levels of oxygen being removed mechanically and/or the levels of alkalinity in the make-up water.
One case of Accepta 6046 (21.8kg) is equivalent to 114kg of a conventional liquid product. Comparative values will vary, dependent upon concentration.
