Accepta 6037 is a solid boiler water treatment product incorporating scale inhibitors and an alkalinity builder.
Accepta 6037 is based on low-level phosphate-polymer and an alkalinity builder and is suitable for use in boiler systems under both softened and hard water make-up applications.
For hard water applications, less than 20 ppm total hardness in the feed water.
All components of Accepta 6037 conform to US FDA Title 21, Section 173 Boiler Water Additives. Accepta 6037 is also an NSF approved product.
Accepta 6037 is available in fully recyclable plastic bottles each containing 5.5kg of concentrated solid chemical.
Accepta 6037 is packaged in cases containing 4 x 5.5kg bottles.
Each case weighs 21.8kg.

Application & Dosage Information
1kg of Accepta 6037, dosed at a rate of 40 ppm will treat approximately 55,000lbs of boiler blowdown.
One case of Accepta 6037 (21.8kg) is equivalent to 108kg of a conventional liquid product. Comparative values will vary, dependent upon concentration.
