Accepta 6027 is a high performance; highly concentrated solid chemical cooling water biodispersant and penetrant, scientifically formulated to assist in the prevention and removal of organic materials and foulants in cooling towers and cooling water systems.
Accepta 6027 is engineered to supplement cooling system inhibitor / dispersants and biocides to maintain clean surfaces in cooling towers and heat transfer equipment.
Accepta 6027 works to penetrate the matrix of organic surface deposits which are broken up and then disperse. Accepta 6027 can also be used as a general corrosion inhibitor and cleaner for heavily fouled systems.
Accepta recommended that Accepta 6027 is used in conjunction with Accepta biocides to help maintain a clean system.
Accepta 6027 is available in fully recyclable plastic bottles each containing 4.1kg of concentrated solid chemical.
Accepta 6027 is packaged in cases containing 4 x 4.1kg bottles.
Each case weighs 16.4kg.

Application & Dosage Information
For existing clean surfaces Accepta 6027 should be fed at a rate of 50 ppm. Increase this dosage rate for fouled systems or the initial charge.
Always feed a biocide to kill bacteria and algae in the system.
When using Accepta 6027 to clean heavily fouled systems, care should be taken not to prevent clogging of screens and strainers.
Please note that this product may cause foaming when fed at high levels.
Testing & Control
ATP or colony count test kits suitable for monitoring and controlling the use of Accepta 6027 are available from Accepta.
Feed Accepta 6027 using an Accepta board system.
It is always advisable to carry out a 'Control Of Substances Hazardous to Health' (COSHH) assessment before use.
