Accepta 2615 is a high performance cooling water treatment oil emulsifier and bio-penetrant developed for cooling systems suffering from oil-based contamination.
Accepta 2615 is scientifically formulated from a non-ionic surface active agent with excellent cleaning and anti-fouling properties where the primary system contaminant is oil-based.
Accepta 2615 can also be used as a bio-penetrant to enhance the performance of oxidising biocides.

Application & Dosage Information
Target dosage is for Accepta 2615 is 10 - 100 ppm as product in the recirculating cooling water depending on the level of fouling seen in the system.
Accepta 2615 should be fed neat or as part of an appropriate mix to the cooling water system where it can be uniformly mixed and thoroughly distributed using a chemical metering pump.
Appropriate use of Accepta 2615 following the above dosing strategy should result in an oil-contaminant-free cooling system.
It is always advisable to carry out a 'Control Of Substances Hazardous to Health' (COSHH) assessment before use.

Safety, Storage & Handling
Accepta 2615 is a mildly acidic solution. Avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing. If skin comes into contact with product, wash with water. If eyes are affected, flush with water for at least 15 minutes and get medical attention.
