Oxidising Biocides
Oxidising biocides are special chemical agents capable of oxidising organic matter, e.g. cell material, enzymes or proteins associated with microbiological populations, resulting in death of the micro-organism.
Accepta's oxidising biocides are used to control microbiological activity in a wide range of commercial cleaning, environmental hygiene, disinfection, industrial and process water treatment activities. They are often used in combination with non-oxidising biocides to provide complete system control.
Accepta's high performance oxidising biocides include calcium hypochlorite, sodium hypochlorite, stabilised bromine, bromine and chlorine tablets, hydrogen peroxide silver, hypobromus acid, sodium bromide and a full range of chlorine dioxide tablets, powders and liquids.
