Nigel Richardson - CEO
Mr Richardson is an internationally experienced CEO, having worked in the industrial and process water treatment and speciality chemicals sectors for over 25 years.
During this time he has worked with some of the largest companies in Europe, Asia and the Americas including Houseman, UK based international water treatment specialists; Aquazur and Nalco. This has given Mr Richardson a wealth of experience in most areas of business having been directly involved in sales, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, supply-chain and business development. Mr Richardson's experiences help strengthen Accepta's supply chain partnerships and extensive manufacturing capabilities, helping Accepta to deliver a unique blend of high performance, cost competitive products to its customers quickly and efficiently, anywhere in the world.
Combined with his business experience Mr Richardson has an MBA, a BSc(Hons) in Environmental Science and a Company Law Diploma. He has also been instrumental in establishing and running many industry and alumni groups.
Andrew Smart – General Manager
Mr Smart is an internationally experienced management professional with over twenty years of experience gained in a variety of industrial sectors.
Originally a Chemical Engineer, Mr Smart’s previous roles have embraced cryogenics process engineering, speciality chemicals sales and operations, quarrying sales and operations; and aggregates and concrete marketing.

Simon Dooner - CIO & Company Secretary
Mr Dooner is an experienced board level executive, bringing over twenty years experience from the business consulting, management and more latterly Internet and e-commerce sectors to Accepta.
Having worked extensively within the international corporate environment and successfully founded and managed a number of independent businesses in the consulting and new economy sectors, Mr Dooner brings a wealth of experience to Accepta's senior management team.
This experience coupled with his personal drive and expertise built around effective service delivery, business process improvement, innovation and the application of new technologies go to enhance Accepta’s executive team.
Mr Dooner also has an MBA and a BSc Honours degree, and is actively involved in a number of business network groups.
