Industrial Grease Traps & DAF Units - Bio-Augmentation of Oil & Grease

Industrial grease traps, DAF units and the bio-augmentation of oil and grease using Accepta’s eco-friendly product Accepta 7111. Accepta 7111 is an innovative bio product developed specifically for the bio-augmentation of industrial grease traps and dissolved air flotation (DAF) units. It comprises a green liquid formulation based on emulsifiers, enzymes and selectively adapted micro-organisms specially formulated for the biodegradation of oil and grease.

The bacterial concentration of Accepta 7111 is approximately 2.107 (twenty millions/ml).

Fat and grease deposits on wall surfaces and pumping equipment (floating contactors, pumps).

Application - Secondary Clarifiers: Grease Cap in Bio Filter and Equalisation Tanks

Common problems encountered:

Fat, oil and grease that is not degraded by the DAF unit, will negatively impact the buffer tank, clog the bio-filter medium and float on the top surface of the final clarifier.
